Hello, I'm Japanese and learning English and Italy. I like to do things that I'm not used to. It opens my mind. I like cycling, snorkeling, traveling, cooking and eating, reading and so on. It is important for me to communicate to understand deeply. I’m sharing mindfulness, self-chiropractic using breath as a job. I live in Kanagawa.
